On the outskirts of Nantes, just a stone's throw from the Loire, you may be lucky enough to enter Philippe's shed, where he is passionate about his orchard and vegetable garden. His only master is the seasons, which punctuate his fruit and vegetable production. His working philosophy is not to rush nature. His agriculture is sustainable. At the Bellevue orchards, you'll find apples, pears and kiwis all year round, while the vegetables vary according to the season. Every autumn, Philippe offers tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, carrots and turnips. Radishes and lettuces come from a neighboring producer. You'll also find processed products made entirely in-house: apple and apple-pear juices. Finally, every Wednesday afternoon, a farmer comes to sell his produce: eggs, poultry and pork. The welcome is warm and the prices very competitive. Bellevue orchards supply many of the local restaurants, a guarantee of quality!

In her artisanal roasting workshop, Estelle, who was trained by Gloria Monténégro, the founder of the Academy of Coffeeology, offers us exceptional coffees. Élé's demanding selection values the taste and the work of the producers with micro-lots and limited editions of pure origins. You can discover the full-bodied and persistent Guatemalan vintages or the mineral and acidic aromas of El Salvador and many others such as Finca Maria from Colombia or the sweet Klem Pica Pau from Brazil, or the succulent, proud and aromatic highland coffees from Ethiopia, such as the Guji Natural, complex with its tropical fruit flavors. Élé also offers a wide range of equipment and accessories to prepare, preserve and enjoy your coffee: the Gem's, the aeropress, the Skerton coffee grinder... Finally, Élé offers workshops that respect the seasonality of coffee with its four menus (spring, summer, autumn, winter) and its two workshops: the first tasting "Discovering gentle methods" to discover the different techniques (aeropress, drip...) and the history of coffee, and the second workshop "The nose of coffee and cupping" which is an introduction to aromas and coffee extraction.

Mickaël Huet, artisan baker-patissier opened this bakery in 2014 in the artisan zone of Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire not far from the Route de Paris. Previously Grenier à pain, he joined the L'Autre Boulangerie banner and still makes top-quality products. The numerous awards he accumulates year after year bear witness to this. Gold medal in 2018 for his galette frangipane, silver medal in 2019 for his baguette tradition, silver medal in 2020 for his aromatic bread (turmeric, hazelnuts and black sesame), he won the same year, the gold medal for his paris-brest (shaped like an éclair). And in 2023, the bakery changed its name to PIAPIA! Pierre Coiffé, the baker's assistant, won a bronze medal for his mille-feuille. It goes without saying that customers flock to taste the breads and cakes offered by this winning team! They love the original seed-rich Norwegian bread made with rye and spelt flour, appreciate the wholemeal bread, the pain de campagne and the pavé de tradition, are enthusiastic about the bottereaux season, and also for the cannelés, the madeleines and the gingerbread with local forest honey, and savor the lemon meringue pie and the saint-honoré. The snack range is not to be outdone, with delicious sandwiches like this ciabatta bread with tomato confit, goat's cheese and honey, salads and burgers to enjoy on the large terrace or to take away!
