His only master is the seasons, which punctuate his fruit and vegetable production. His working philosophy is not to rush nature. His agriculture is sustainable. At the Bellevue orchards, you'll find apples, pears and kiwis all year round, while the vegetables vary according to the season. Every autumn, Philippe offers tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, carrots and turnips. Radishes and lettuces come from a neighboring producer. You'll also find processed products made entirely in-house: apple and apple-pear juices. Finally, every Wednesday afternoon, a farmer comes to sell his produce: eggs, poultry and pork. The welcome is warm and the prices very competitive. Bellevue orchards supply many of the local restaurants, a guarantee of quality!
