Central location for an excellent, original bakery. The specialty is Helios bread, 100% leaven. Spelt bread, surprising pharaoh bread to durum wheat and common wheat, meslin breads (rye and wheat), grapes, cheese, figs and olives, to the two de or sticks to Guérande salt, all these breads made in an artisanal way with wheat flour from the region. The boutique, which enjoys an exceptional location on the Grand-place, offers its terrace to savour at any time your gourmet break, from breakfast.

L'établissement est bien situé, il propose un espace pour consommer les produits achetés. L'espace est propre et joliment décoré.
Le service s'est fait rapidement malgré une file d'attente importante (d'ailleurs bon courage au personnel qui doit subir en cette période de forte affluence).
Parcontre... Grosse déception tant sur le prix exorbitant que sur les pâtisseries franchement pas terribles... La pâte sous la tarte n'était même pas cuite, le flan dur, pas du tout onctueux. Il avait bien un goût de vanille mais de vanille chimique, on ne voyait d'ailleurs pas la moindre trace de graines noires qui viendrait montrer l'utilisation de gousse... Pour manger "ça" il vallait peut-être mieux aller à côté, chez Casino et payer 1,20€
