There is no doubt that Hugues Becquart is a specialist in Arras andouillette. Since 1888, the company has been cultivating a taste for traditional craftsmanship from generation to generation. The pork butcher sets up in his laboratory and produces his flagship product, the andouillette, which is made only with Friesian pork, that specific part of the intestine, which makes it less fatty. The fame of this famous charcuterie goes beyond the borders of Arrage. An address not to be missed and recognised by the great names in gastronomy!

Under the arcades of the Place des Héros, this chocolate factory is one of the few in France to make its chocolate from beans that it selects and roasts itself. The production takes place in the chocolate factory of Beussent in Pas-de-Calais, which it is possible to visit, and in Lachelle, in Picardy. The specialties of the house? The chocolate with the hammer, the pralines with the old, a selection of chocolate of various vintages (Madagascar, Trinidad, Venezuela, Ecuador), more or less proportioned in cocoa according to the tastes... Central location for an excellent, original bakery. The specialty is Helios bread, 100% leaven. Spelt bread, surprising pharaoh bread to durum wheat and common wheat, meslin breads (rye and wheat), grapes, cheese, figs and olives, to the two de or sticks to Guérande salt, all these breads made in an artisanal way with wheat flour from the region. The boutique, which enjoys an exceptional location on the Grand-place, offers its terrace to savour at any time your gourmet break, from breakfast.

This is the only shop in town where you can find the famous "Coeurs d'Arras" chocolates. For the history, the "Coeurs d'Arras" date from the 12th century. Dame Emma Crespin, whose family coat of arms represented hearts, owned a mill on the Crinchon (today's underground river) in the centre of Arras. His speciality: making heart-shaped pastries. In the 17th century, these pastries became chocolates. Their success still lasts, with dark or milk chocolate, with candied orange peel, they will delight young and old.

In March 2023, Michaël Assadi and Aurélie Boniface opened this beer shop which already offers more than five hundred references of local, regional and of course Belgian beers: L'Intemporelle (Wailly), la Paysanne de l'Artois (Gavrelle), soon La Rivière. Regional beers with Page 24 and its derivatives, Anosteke, Léonce (Lille), PVL, Saint-Glinlin, but also many Belgian beers, from Malheur to La Corne du Bois des Pendus. And some more "exotic" beers like this Choulette... with carrots, or this brown beer with chocolate at 11º!

Facing the hospital, a delicious pastry bakery where you will find breads of all kinds, from traditional stick to special breads (woodcutter, linéa, nuts, etc.), sandwiches (lunch formula at € 5,90 with dessert and drink) or bagnats (lunch formula with dessert and drink at 6,20 €), pastries, very good pastries, des and des. Pizza, not forgetting raw specialities such as sugar pies or cramiques. Everything is fresh, crisp, and made under your eyes! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good parking on this great avenue.

A frozen supermarket offering a wide choice of products, vegetables to prepared dishes, desserts to meat and fish, starters to pastries through fruit juices or bread. Also note: organic, gluten-free and salt-free ranges. Possibility of being delivered to home or to take advantage of the drive from 25 € of purchases: you're ordering on the Internet, you're setting up and you're going to get your races out when you want, within 5 days. 

L'Esprit Épicurien is located opposite Robespierre's famous house, with its chic, elegant storefront. It's a delicatessen and a specialist in spirits and arranged rums. Clément, the manager, assures you that there's something for every taste and will share his passion with you! He'll be offering cocktails and, of course, rhums arrangés in a variety of flavors, including lemon/ginger/chili, strawberry/basil, pineapple/passion, hazelnut/cocoa and many more... There's also something for whisky lovers. A good tasting is also possible.

A hypermarket, focused on everyday consumer products and food. The electrical and audio-visual part is thus reduced to its simplest expression, most of the choice in Dainville where a large surface is assigned to it, the facades and the parking lot has just been completely renovated; but the important thing is of course in the food and drink of use, as well as in hygiene products, hardware and clothing that must be included in any good establishment. It's a pity that the commercial gallery is not more developed, but fortunately the bookstore allows you to buy a magazine or a newspaper to punctuates its races. Yes, okay, a scratch game too.

Ideally located between the two places, this mini-bar is truly in the hypercentre. Dépannage or regular shopping, the place offers a pretty good choice for shopping. From the liquid to the solid by the hygiene products, and without too much trouble parking, one more interesting.

This boutique, which has its place in Arras, offers quality products (without preservatives) that do the right thing for South-west products, but not only. If you wish to eat well, without cooking, you will find all the preserved preserves, often individually or for two. The boutique also offers a nice wine shelf to accompany these fine dishes. As for reception, it's a real pleasure, so what more?
