Christian Lanuque, breeder of foie gras ducks on the family farm in Poyartin, is at the origin of the "Terres d'Adour" concept. From this land, everything that makes the gastronomy of the South-West is born. Terres d'Adour is a group of farmers, concerned about the quality of their products and respectful of family know-how. Products to be found in the shop in Dax. The Market - Terres d'Adour offers its products 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, thanks to a vending machine.

Beneath its glass frame, wooden framework and zinc roof, Les Halles de Dax is home to some twenty retailers, including Privilège Gascon (South-West produce), Eco-ferme de Téthieu (organic greengrocer), Crèmerie Dacquoise, Cave Dourthe, Experiment'halle (microbrewery) and Maison Lafitte Foie Gras. You'll find a wide range of quality products on offer. There's also a bar-restaurant. And, upstairs, the one and only Fnac in the Landes region, with 900 square meters of sales space. Open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 7pm.
