The Casino de Dax is the ultimate entertainment venue, with 75 slot machines (smoking area available), 12 electronic roulette machines and 7 electronic blackjack machines. You can also play at one of the 2 blackjack tables in the evening from 9pm. In addition to the snack menu available during casino opening hours, the Casino brasserie, with its terrace overlooking the Adour, is open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. The bar also serves cocktails. The Casino de Dax has its own private parking lot.

Just over 10 years ago, Julien Brettes began writing the O'Byron adventure. And since then, it's been at the Mojo Café that he's brought out his guitars and ukulele to meet up with the faithful, but also to welcome newcomers. On his arrival, he was keen to reassure the regulars. Beers, cocktails, burgers, tapas and French toast are still on the menu! Not to mention live music. At lunchtime, Mojo Café offers a very affordable and tasteful menu, with a few dishes on the slate to suit all budgets.

" Sax Y Rock "is a beer bar that offers no less than 52 varieties of this hop-based beverage. Every Saturday, there are themed evenings and every month, concerts. On Sunday, place video games, tournaments and transmissions on large screen screens all sports combined.

The adjective that doesn't fit this tapas bar and restaurant is static. The terrace has been enlarged to accommodate all fans of Iberian cuisine, including the famous pintxos (from 3 euros). Here, the produce is fresh and the cooking "home-made". Alex and Vivian also concoct the famous plato combinado with lomo or chipirons, fried egg, piperade, potatoes, salad and sheep's cheese. At lunchtime on weekdays, the full lunch menu costs 16.90 euros. Entertainment is also provided.

A legendary brasserie on Place de la Fontaine Chaude! You couldn't find a better place in Dax to enjoy the city. From 8am to midnight, there's always someone on the terrace. That gentleman sipping his coffee while reading the paper, that lady taking a break and the tourists who come to quench their thirst and eat an ice cream. We eat here too. Beef kebabs on Mondays in summer, pot-au-feu on Tuesdays in winter... Take a look at the weekly menu (15 euros).

Now there's a place where you feel good! Perched above a costume store, Chez Nous is a bit like a speakeasy. It's an address you'll have to get to know, but word-of-mouth must be working well, as the place gets very lively on weekends. Great wine and beer list! DJ set, live music and planks to share.
