Je mets 1/5 pour ne pas être méchant. Heureusement que l'établissement fait de sa foret noire sa spécialité!! En tout cas c'est la réputation qu'il a, à tord, à Limoges et alentours. Une forêt noire sans alcool et sans cerise commandée spécialement pour un anniversaire. A l'émission du meilleur pâtissier, mère cote la recale direct. Bientôt il va y avoir des tartes aux poires sans poire, des clafoutis sans cerise et des baba au rhum sans rhum... on n'arrête pas le progrès... Pour une forêt noire aller ailleurs, pour le reste je ne sais pas.
