Simon Rousseau has been passionate about cooking since childhood. Inspired by Thai techniques, he offers "à la plancha" ice creams, made from a homemade milk base using natural, local and, if possible, sustainable or organic products: milk, agave syrup, seasonal fruit... These delicious frosted creations can be found at numerous events around Bordeaux: if you get the chance, don't miss out on the rolled ice creams, unless you'd rather try a milk-free eskimo or a granita!

Nous avons embauché Simon pour l'after-party à notre mariage, et il était absolument incroyable. Tout le monde a adoré le spectacle est le glacé qu'il a fait. Les glacé était absolument incroyable, j'avais bien plus que ce que j'aurais dû!
La qualité et les saveurs des ingrédients se démarquent vraiment. Simon était aussi très bien informé et amical et j'ai passé beaucoup de temps à parler avec lui.
Je recommanderais Creation Givree à n'importe qui après quelque chose de différent pour son événement.

We hired Simon for the after-party at our wedding, and he was absolutely amazing. Everyone loved him, and the show he put on. The ice cream was absolutely amazing, I had far more than I should have!
The quality and the flavours from the ingredients really stand out. Simon was also really knowledgeable and friendly and I spent a lot of time talking with him.
I would recommend Creation Givree to anyone after something different for their event.

Les créations glacées proposées par Simon sont aussi ludiques que gustativement excellentes, son stand a été pris d'assaut du début à la fin de sa prestation.

Nous avons fait appel au service de Simon pour notre dessert de mariage et nous nous sommes régalés ainsi que tous nos invités. Simon est très sympathique, professionnel, et son stand sent divinement bon. Milles merci pour ces découvertes gustatives, dont tous nos proches nous ont vantés les louanges. Foncez sans hésiter.
