Valérie and Stéphane have left the PMU with the opening of a restaurant, probably the best place in Florac, to come to the entrance of the esplanade. A modern room with an open terrace. The formula of the day is simple and nourishing, salads meals from the Bouges with the broadest of here, and meat of the false Lozere of Aubrac and lamb rib are a great success. Sarah and Link express their talent and love for local, seasonal produce. The menus, which draw their inspiration from the four corners of the world, are renewed every week: kebab with pita bread, fish gratin with potatoes and parsnips, Cuban-style marinated pork loin, guinea fowl leg with citrus fruit... It's as varied and colorful as it is tasty!
