Valérie and Stéphane have left the PMU with the opening of a restaurant, probably the best place in Florac, to come to the entrance of the esplanade. A modern room with an open terrace. The formula of the day is simple and nourishing, salads meals from the Bouges with the broadest of here, and meat of the false Lozere of Aubrac and lamb rib are a great success. We finish with a pie with the chestnut of the Workshop of Honey and Chestnut.
