No doubt that the tasting stall, set on the windowsill, will make you want to go through the door. Jean Luc Wrobel has set up his artisanal salting and cheese shop in an old grain silo. After some twenty years in Savoie, this Pole of origin came to settle in Saint-Emilion. Cheeses from Savoy, the Pyrenees, Auvergne, a dozen varieties of sausages, black pig shoulder nuts... The hardest thing is to choose.

Great experience. 8€ for quite a big sándwich. We shared. Good for one person and nearly enough for two.
De plus, sandwich fade, manque de garniture, on ne sent que le vinaigre balsamique.
Enfin, on a eu la chance de retrouver ce qui s'apparente sûrement à une pâte de mouche (vu toute celle qui vole dans le magasin) sur un morceau de fromage...
