No doubt that the tasting stall, set on the windowsill, will make you want to go through the door. Jean Luc Wrobel has set up his artisanal salting and cheese shop in an old grain silo. After some twenty years in Savoie, this Pole of origin came to settle in Saint-Emilion. Cheeses from Savoy, the Pyrenees, Auvergne, a dozen varieties of sausages, black pig shoulder nuts... The hardest thing is to choose.

La qualité accessible! Sandwichs originaux et excellents (je recommande le Basque). Également de très bons saucissons. Le tout bonifié par la grande sympathie du maître des lieux.

So charming. Cheese and cold cuts that they will slice for you on the spot, of all different flavour profiles. Excellent quality at great prices. The owner is right there to take care of your needs and you get to try everything. They also serve hot sandwiches on fresh baguette which is a nice quick meal to prep for wines to come.
