No doubt that the tasting stall, set on the windowsill, will make you want to go through the door. Jean Luc Wrobel has set up his artisanal salting and cheese shop in an old grain silo. After some twenty years in Savoie, this Pole of origin came to settle in Saint-Emilion. Cheeses from Savoy, the Pyrenees, Auvergne, a dozen varieties of sausages, black pig shoulder nuts... The hardest thing is to choose.

Une honte!!!
Un sandwich sans garniture à 12€ avec un pain pas frais. Cerise sur le gâteau : une demi tomate cerise dans le sandwich, je le fais remarquer au patron qui d’un air condescendant me coupe une tomate cerise en deux, me la rajoute et me tend le sandwich en me disant : voilà votre tomate.

Nos topamos con este magnífico lugar de casualidad. Al entrar descubrimos un lugar mágico y único. Tras revisar los productos y hablar con el dueño, nos dimos cuenta que no todo era la imagen sino que tenía unos productos de alta calidad. La atención era muy cercana y hablaba español. Recomendable!!!!

Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. This shop offers a wonderful variety of sausages and cheeses, each one better than the last! I stayed in this charming town for three days and visited every single day. I’m already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!
