Château la Clotte is a winery located in Bergat, in the town of Saint-Émilion. Founded in 1800, it is part of the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation. The vineyard covers an area of 4 hectares, with clay-limestone soils. The grape varieties grown are mainly Merlot (80%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel vats. Barrels are used for ageing, with 80% new barrels and 20% barrels used for one or more wines. Château la Clotte produces an average of 10,000 bottles a year, or 80 hectolitres. Its wines are sold in Canada, the United States, Hong Kong and Japan.

Château Chauvin is a winery located in Saint-Émilion, in the north-west of the town, close to the Pomerol appellation. It was classified Grand Cru Classé de Saint-Émilion in 1954, and its classification has been renewed at each revision since then. The vineyard is mainly planted with Merlot (75%), which expresses itself admirably in this terroir. The areas with the most clay are planted with Cabernet Franc (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%). The estate is managed with the utmost respect for the terroir, to bring out its purest expression.

Nestling in a valley with sandy/gravelly terroir to the north of Saint-Emilion's Cadet hillock, Château Petit Val is a grand cru full of charm. The cuvée tradition asserts itself with a "V" at the top of the label, while "La Muse du Val" stands out with an "M" as in majestic. Château Petit Val is produced with respect for the environment, the terroir and the vines, in accordance with the principles of sustainable agriculture (working with horses, respecting biodiversity, etc.). A number of beehives find refuge close to the vines.

Behind its neo-classical ashlar facade, Château Montlabert is full of memories in the heart of the Saint-Émilion vineyards. Awarded a Best of Wine Tourisme in the Architecture & Landscapes category in 2024, this family-run estate has inherited an ^18th-century architectural heritage, superbly enhanced by an avenue of oak trees running through the vines and an English-style garden. The terroir of Château Montlabert, Grand Cru Classé, comprises 19 parcels spread over 12.5 hectares, 9 of which are dedicated to the production of the grand vin.

Château La Rose Pourret is just a few hundred metres from the bell tower of the medieval town of Saint-Émilion. From the patio of the Comptoir de La Rose, you can appreciate its contours, while tasting wines from Daniel Derichebourg's estates. They range from Bordeaux rosé to Burgundy white.
