Founded in 1702, Château de Ferrand in Saint-Émilion embodies more than three centuries of winegrowing history. Acquired by the visionary Baron Bich in 1978, it is now run by his daughter Pauline Bich Chandon-Moët and her husband Philippe Chandon-Moët. Nestled 100 meters above sea level on the clay-limestone plateau, this 32-hectare estate, soon to be certified organic, preserves the balance between tradition and eco-responsibility. It welcomes wine lovers for tastings, workshops and stays to enjoy an authentic experience in an exceptional setting that reveals the timeless charm of Saint-Émilion's Grand Cru Classé.
