Audrey and Pierre have taken up the reins, inheriting the mission of perpetuating traditional know-how while meeting contemporary challenges. As elsewhere, balance is the key, preserving Pindefleurs' distinctive identity year after year. Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Château Pindefleur (90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc) is a blend of flowers and fruit, enhanced by roasted touches.
