Marion Derycke and Jérémy Rouxel, two Normans who arrived in Bordeaux around ten years ago, set up their cider house in Artigues-près-Bordeaux in 2021, before moving on to Villenave-d'Ornon and then Sadirac. Although the region is not a major apple producer, the couple produce an excellent organic cider, with their first batch launched in November 2021. Extra brut or demi-sec cider remains their flagship product, but the range has expanded to include sulfite- and yeast-free apple juices, apple purees and jellies, and even apple flour!
