In this remarkable Renaissance residence, built on the ruins of a fortified castle on the heights of Entre-Deux-Mers, the Le Grix de la Salle family has been cultivating vines for 4 generations. During your visit, the owner will show you the château's ^16th-century courtyard and pepper-pot towers, as well as the historic wine storehouse and panoramic vineyards, not to mention the fascinating biodiversity. Château Le Grand Verdus was awarded a Best of Wine Tourism (Best of d'or) in the "Architecture & Landscapes" category in 2023.

After the third episode of drought in 7 years, it became clear that working the soil had to be approached differently! Since then, the family farm produces 6 appellations on a surface of 12 hectares in organic farming. Thus, all the wines of the Château have been certified "organic" since the 2013 vintage. Today in the hands of André, Nicole and their eldest son Guillaume, the vineyard offers excellent productions of Bordeaux Clairet, Premières Côtes de Bordeaux and Entre-Deux-Mers, which have been awarded many times in international competitions.

Château Landereau - Vignobles Baylet is a winery located in Sadirac. Visitors can discover a selection of wines from the region's vineyards. The château offers various types of wine, including reds, rosés, whites, magnums and free electrons. Among the wines on offer are Cuvée Prestige, Cuvée Classique and Syrah d'Ici de Landereau.
