This annual event is open to both budding and established authors. In existence for over 20 years, the Bessancourt short story competition is open to all, and the principle is simple. Following a given theme ("A first time" was the theme for the 2025 edition), you give free rein to your inspiration and put down on paper a calibrated text. The jury, which includes a well-known industry president, gives its verdict a few weeks later!
