For more than a year, the Abbaye de Royaumont has been proud to have a restaurant as renowned and magnificent as its walls. Here, we have chosen rarity, and it is very well seen: the vegetable garden of the abbey and many French producers are put to contribution to allow the young promising chef to make wonders.
