Events calendar Bessancourt

Every year in June, the traditional "Passages Clownés" festival is one of the highlights of Bessancourt's cultural life. The festival features several free shows by up-and-coming and well-known companies, as well as a range of workshops that youngsters love, such as acrobatic training and face-painting. The whole event takes place in the ideal setting of the Complexe Sportif de Maubuisson.

This annual event is open to both budding and established authors. In existence for over 20 years, the Bessancourt short story competition is open to all, and the principle is simple. Based on a given theme ("A ton image" was the theme for the 2024 edition), you give free rein to your inspiration and put down on paper a calibrated text. The jury, which includes a well-known industry president, will give its verdict a few weeks later!
