A large and bright restaurant with terrace whose chef offers dishes based on fresh products located in Merignac.
The restaurant of the new Aqua stadium of Mérignac is managed by the UCPA. The vast and very clear room is nicely decorated. It offers a view on the indoor pools and the terrace gives, partly, on the outdoor pools. Several spaces have been arranged according to everyone's desires: low tables to share a few boards at the aperitif, high tables for small groups, classic round or rectangular tables. The chef focuses on fresh seasonal products that he makes striking by his inspiration of the moment.

Le Resto is a warm and friendly place in the heart of Bordeaux. It offers a varied selection of dishes and drinks at the city's UCPA sports resort. For lunch, you can enjoy delicious, generous salads, artisanal sandwiches or creamy green asparagus risotto. In the evening, you can enjoy gourmet platters, accompanied by a wide choice of wines such as Mouton Cadet Héritage, Domaine Coucheroy, Côtes de Provence Sables fin... What's more, you won't be disappointed by our homemade burgers. For added ambiance, Le Resto offers a golf practice range and rooftop miniature golf course.

Contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait penser au premier abord, ce n'est pas juste du "snacking" mais un vrai resto, avec une cuisine et un service très professionnels.
J'y suis allé a plusieurs reprises, et j'en ai toujours été très satisfait.
Mais l'idéal bien sûr, c'est d'y aller après une belle séance de natation (ou de sport à la salle de fitness), pour apprécier dans des conditions optimales la récupération !
A noter que la carte change régulièrement, le service est toujours au top, et les brunchs le week end sont toujours un plaisir. Qu'on ne dise plus qu'il n'y à pas d'endroit pour des brunchs à merignac ! ????
