Émile et Marguerite is actually Thomas & Delphine, two enthusiasts who travel the length and breadth of France to unearth spirits and beers through tastings, visits to workshops and distilleries, and meetings with producers, to create the first 100% French cellar. They have now stocked their shelves with over 350 references of gin, vodka, calvados, cognac, whisky and rum, as well as numerous craft beers, most of them from Bordeaux. They are also developing a cocktail menu for local restaurants.
