A journey in the heart of Italy. As his name indicates, let's start with pasta: they are fresh (gnocchis, soup, rigatonis, fusilis) or dry, craft, of unequalled quality and above all not in supermarkets, as shown by the brands to exotic names: Cipriani, Colunbro, Temporin (à ink, rocket, tomato, mushrooms). Fresh homemade sauces will accompany them ideally: pesto, bologna, Neapolitan, gorgonzola.
