Behind this gourmet showcase are Ciro and Clémentine. The former is a Neapolitan chef, the latter a French pastry chef trained in Italy. Together, they have created this café-pâtisserie where you can feast on southern Italian specialties: fiocco di neve (brioche filled with an airy ricotta cream), sfogliatella frolla (an emblematic Naples pastry made with shortcrust pastry and citrus ricotta cream), Sicilian cannolo, chocolate caprese...
