Behind this gourmet showcase are Ciro and Clémentine. The former is a Neapolitan chef, the latter a French pastry chef trained in Italy. Together, they have created this café-pâtisserie where you can feast on southern Italian specialties: fiocco di neve (brioche filled with an airy ricotta cream), sfogliatella frolla (an emblematic Naples pastry made with shortcrust pastry and citrus ricotta cream), Sicilian cannolo, chocolate caprese... On the savoury side, pizzetta and parigina (the chef's speciality!) brighten up your lunch break.
