Led by Jeanne and Joannice, a duo of inspired pastry chefs, and Théo, a passionate barista, the Jouvence patisserie awakens our fondest childhood memories. With its highly addictive and slightly regressive gourmet creations, this tea room offers a top-notch taste experience. Viennoiseries, cookies and pastries can be taken away or enjoyed on the premises, for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, which even becomes tea time on weekends (still a rare proposition in Bordeaux), and brunch at weekends.
