This original tea room offers three guest rooms, but also a great specialty: chiffon cake. Made from a light, fluffy sponge cake, flavored with fruit and topped with low-sugar whipped cream, it's very popular in Taiwan, where Blanche grew up. Every day, she fills her display case with 6 to 10 different recipes, in individual or shared formats. To accompany them, Blanche has designed a small menu of coffees and teas. The interior is bright and the decor chic and uncluttered, reflecting the refinement of the pastries.

J’ai goûté la pâtisserie « tiramisu » et le « absolute lemon ». Les deux gâteaux étaient parfaits. Légèrement sucré comme il faut pour se laisser manger facilement sans se forcer, avec plaisir.
Thé glacé ananas/citron vert vraiment rafraîchissant et bon !
Et le tout accueilli, servi par une dame très souriante. Très agréable. C’était un vrai moment détente. Je recommanderai l’adresse à mes proches.
