Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at this specific shop. I was trying the caneles for the first time so was not sure what to expect, reason why I didn’t complain upfront. The canele was extremely dry and ever hard to bite, airy inside and chewy, it tasted like an old piece of gum. When trying a canele in a boulangerie, the aspect and taste was completely different and actually nice. So I don’t know what they served me in Baillardran or why it was so disgusting. Horrible experience :(

Top accueil, présentation des produits et nouveautés (cannelés salés) Tout le long du goûter nous avions pu échanger car pas beaucoups de clients sous cette canicule.

Première fois que je mange des cannelés salés (olive et Mme chevre miel) trop bon le cannelé vanille pareil top et sans rhum !

Les smoothies kiwi/pomme parfait. Et pour le relationnel j'insiste dessus car venant du nord on est vite deboussolé à ce sujet bha il a été au top !

On reviendra lors d un prochain passage à Bordeaux. Merci beaucoups !!!
