In their new store on the quayside, the historical kings of canelé now offer a savory selection, with deliciously gourmet mini-canelés in five different recipes: ventrèche, olive, piquillos/feta, chorizo/comté, and piperade (our favorite!). Endroit très sympa qui offre des prestations variées et différentes des autres boutique Baillardran (jus de fruits frais, cannelés salés...) et bien entendu une magnifique vue sur la Garonne.
Le personnel y est très sympathique.

Si vous voulez manger des vrais cannelés sur bordeaux, foncez à la Toque cuivrée
Les cannelés achetés dans cette boutique avaient un goût de feraille, il étaient vraiment pas bons
