Myriam Dutrey, a former designer of gourmet jewellery, has embarked on a new adventure: that of a food truck of pleasures and delights, especially sweet ones. Her flagship product? Bubble Waffles, which are waffles from Hong Kong. The savoury ones are filled with salmon, foie gras, aubergine caviar, raclette or just vegetables. The sweet waffles can be made up yourself. Other delicacies include brioches, pancakes, ice rolls made with fresh products and made to order, and financiers revisited in the form of eclairs.
