Les Dunes Blanches are the brainchild of Pascal Lucas, baker-patissier in Grand Piquey. His crunchy choux pastries filled with light, airy cream are almost as well known in Bordeaux as cannelés. We can't resist treating ourselves to one or two - or even more - for sheer indulgence. You can buy them in Arcachon, Bordeaux and even in the Marais district of Paris.
