DORIN PÂTISSERIE
Luc Dorin delights us with his pastries and chocolates. He takes into account the seasons to compose his sweet pleasures. Among his stars: a vanilla-caramel millefeuille with fleur de sel from the island of Ré, an apple turnover topped with a homemade salted butter caramel compote, the traditional chocolate galette or, for Father's Day, marshmallow and chocolate cigars. Luc Dorin has created a series of Mascarons de Bordeaux. He has opened, on rue Pasteur, La Cacaoterie de Mialy where he promotes a network of fair trade cocoa producers.
