Pierre Mathieu is a Compagnon du devoir and proud to be a pastry chef from Bordeaux. He proclaims it loud and clear on the front of his shop, on his jacket, on his boxes, etc. He went through beautiful establishments, including the Mandarin Oriental in Paris, before returning home to fly on his own. His philosophy of work well done and sharing leads him to fully satisfy his clients. Its pastries, where tradition and modernity blend, are all to be found. Some of them are a pretty nod to Bordeaux like his Gavé choc or his Rohan, two very chocolaty cakes... It also excels in macaroons, cakes, flutes, ice creams and chocolates
