Originally from Charente, Emmanuel Boucher has chosen stone-ground flours from the Meuniers du Littoral to make his various baguettes and special breads. We especially like the bread rolls with multiple flavours (goat cheese, bacon, nuts, etc.) which make a surprising effect for your meals with friends. The locals stop by to pick up some of the best madeleines in Bordeaux or the delicious cereal bread.
