A Corsican crowned for his chocolatine in Bordeaux that's got people talking way beyond the Godard district. Antoine Savoyardi came close to excellence in 2016 and he's still going strong: he's even represented New Aquitaine in the final of the Best Bakery in France in 2021. At his place you can buy a whole range of breads, including a delicious sesame bread, very crispy and with a crumb composed of beautiful cells.
