Behind the counter, the team prepares over 15 recipes for gourmet cookies (including short-lived creations), crunchy on the outside and soft at the core, made with carefully selected, mostly organic products: butter in clods, eggs and flour from local producers, AOC Périgord walnuts... As part of its eco-responsible approach, the store favors green energy, plastic-free packaging and short distribution channels. A second store is open 7 days a week on rue du Pas-Saint-Georges.
