Black Duck defines itself as a "gourmet escape".... Next to the traditional fluted Bordeaux style, the chef plays with burgers that vary very regularly and are totally out of the ordinary: the Bamako du Black Duck - a reference to Mali - is made up of a black bun, yassa chicken from Ferme Marauli, banana ketchup from Moringa, a Massalé sauce and baobab powder avocado.... Ribery's Burger is a bun with gold powder, rump tataki, fried foie gras, sheep's volume, truffle sauce and veggie is composed of candied onions, a rice cake and shiitake with its delicious piquillo ketchup. Who says better?
