The Renaissance is noticeable because part of it has been fitted out in old silos that are totally integrated. The lobby is a large glassed-in lounge overlooking a Landes garden in the centre of the block. One passes through the first one as if in an airlock and in the second one the sky is framed at a height of 35 meters. The glass elevators offer an elevation facing the silos and on each floor the doors open onto a panorama. On the 9th floor the Gina restaurant, the bar and the swimming pool have a panoramic view.
