In the heart of Bordeaux, located in the historic centre of the Pey-Berland district, Grabriella and Gilles' guest rooms are full of charm. Nestled in a former 19th century hotel with a beautiful white stone façade, the 3 rooms and 2 parental suites, which welcome families, are spacious and bright. The decoration is refined, in baroque style and with furniture found in antique shops. Approved wine merchants, the owners offer tastings of great wines with regional tapas (foie gras, cheese...).

Une télé qui ne fonctionne pas (qui n'a donc pas été vérifié avant notre arrivée)et des softs dans le mini bar tous périmés de 6 mois... je m'en suis rendue compte après avoir bu 3 gorgées d'une eau pétillante bizarre( plus de bulles et drôle de goût) mais même en ayant gentiment prévenu la direction celle ci m'a été facturé... pas très commerçant..
des efforts restent a faire
The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a B&B. While the shower took a minute or two to heat up—a common occurrence in smaller accommodations—we always had plenty of hot water once it did.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly our host, Laetitia. She was incredibly attentive and served a delicious breakfast every morning, featuring homemade yogurt and galettes.
At checkout, we left our luggage at the B&B since our train wasn’t departing for several hours. Unfortunately, my wife accidentally left her purse there, which included her passport. It was a stressful situation, but Laetitia came to our rescue. She found the purse and ensured we were able to retrieve it—a true lifesaver!
One thing to note: the property doesn’t have an elevator, so guests with mobility issues might face some challenges although for us the spiral staircase really added to its charm and authenticity.
Overall, this B&B is a fantastic choice for a home base while exploring Bordeaux. Highly recommended!
Por oo no volvería: las escaleras de caracol no son aptas para todos, y menos si vas con maletas. Los precios son abusivos, y encima no tienen convenio con ningún parking (bueno a no ser que a tres euros menos y que sólo puedas dejar el coche durante un día le llames convenio...).
El desayuno es correcto, sin más.
