WELLMAN RESTAURANT - RADISSON BLU
South American cuisine in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering grilled snails, airy risotto, pepper confit.
The Wellman, named after one of the listed cranes in the Bassins à flot, is located on the first floor of the Radisson Blue, with a view of the marina. The chef works with seasonal products in revisited bistro-style dishes, prepared with care. Braised rutabaga with duck and mascarpone as a starter, two-cooked cockerel with tagine flavor as a main course, or Wellman's fluted, creamy fruit in a chocolate shell and fresh fruit... The dishes served at lunch are also tasty.

2) il y a des escaliers qui mène sur des portes fermés...
3) les toilettes sont plutôt haute en assise.
4) la moquette dans les chambres c'est pas super hygiénique...
5) la vue depuis les chambres est gâché par des grillages horribles...
6) le frigo est tout petit
7) le petit déjeuner sans plateau permet 5 aller retour pour prendre ce qui est nécessaire.
8) le bureau dans les chambres est tout petit pas pratique pour travailler... et la chaise sans roue c'est idéal...
Bref dans l'ensemble et au vu du "standing" de l'hôtel il y a mieux...
