Would you like to discover the flavors of the South-West's gastronomic heritage? Since 1968, our team has been sourcing the finest local produce to concoct simple, traditional dishes reminiscent of those served by our grandmothers. Chef Franck Audu's seasonal dishes include crunchy sweetbreads meunière with asparagus, lamprey à la bordelaise, macaroonade with porcini mushrooms, bacon and foie gras... The fries are homemade, cooked in duck fat. As for the desserts, they take us back to our childhood memories. An institution!

Open daily evenings; Tuesday to Sunday lunchtimes + Monday lunchtimes in summer. Reservations recommended. Menu €70. Dishes from €18 to €41. Children's menu: €18 (under 12). Lunch menu: €23 (excluding weekends and public holidays). Groups welcome. Terrace. Valet parking.
