In this intimate and beautifully decorated restaurant, ideal for romantic get-togethers, the chef gives pride of place to seasonal produce. Through a refined and traditional cuisine, the chef pleases our taste buds. The cooking, the sauces, the seasonings... Everything is excellent! On the menu, snails from the Lot-et-Garonne and their emulsion, roasted aubergines and crispy tuile, grilled veal chop and its garnish... The desserts are not to be outdone with pretty proposals: dark chocolate iced soufflé or red fruit pavlova.
