Southwestern bistro restaurant serving traditional dishes revisited using ultra-local produce
What a charming place, with its luminous room featuring royal blue seats and wooden furniture, adorned with paintings and bouquets of dried flowers... This is the decorating touch of Vincent, the owner. In the kitchen, two chefs bring out the best in local produce, sourcing as close to home as possible. On the plate, traditional dishes like foie gras with cognac or lamb shank, but also more exotic ones like avocado-mango-salmon tartar or chakchouka. In the glass, exclusively French wines and a fine selection of Grands Crus.
