Never short of ideas, he has been offering "I'm the chef!" boxes since 2020 "boxes to create gourmet meals at home: spicy chicken confit and pumpkin, snacked trout fillet and blésotto, chuck and Beluga lentils... This box is made of 100% local products for four courses and can be kept for three days. To accompany you, Sylvain has provided video tutorials and a descriptive sheet of the meal.
