Restaurant in Bordeaux offering roast chicken, duck or pig and open until 3am.

Located on the Place des Capucins, where you can find the famous covered market of the same name, here is a restaurant that appeals to lovers of poultry and meat, and especially to night owls. The kitchen is known for its original rotisserie cooking (chicken, duck, pig...). Here, we offer "real" and hearty dishes with a rather nice wine list. As about the decorative, white and red walls, in a butcher's spirit, for a room of 50 covers. The service remains late - 3am - and we like that! The restaurant closes at 11:30pm during the week and at midnight on weekends.

Super restaurant pour un repas convivial et copieux qui ravira les amateurs de viande. Pas forcément adapté à une soirée romantique mais ça dépend des goûts. Et je ne suis pas très sûr que ce soit adapté pour les vegans

This is a meatlovers dream! It is one of the rare few restaurants where you can eat tail to nose. If I would live in Bordeaux I would be here often to taste myself through the vast menu. The wine selection is huge and the recommendation of the waiter was spot on.

I started my lunch with the tricandilles, fried porc intestines, in a parsley garlic sauce. The portion was huge and it tasted way better than I thought it would. I generally like offal so whenever I have the chance I like to try something new. My wife opted for the pate de campagne, which was awesome as well.

As main we had the Cote de Porc Kintoa, which is made from a specific race of pigs that roam freely. The meat was tender and soft and the fat was soo tasty. I usually don’t eat the fat, but this was something else.simply delicious.

Given the vast options of meats I will come back to try more when I am again in Bordeaux. I specifically have the black pudding and lamb shoulder on my list.

The portions were very generous so I recommend to come when hungry!

J'ai retrouvé un restaurant comme je trouvais au MIN de Rungis. La qualité, l'ambiance, la convivialité, et le Cheesecake… je vous recommande cette adresse, merci
