Walnut salad, ribeye served with secret sauce in a Scottish-style restaurant.

Paul Gineste de Saurs launched this restaurant in 1959 in Paris before moving to Bordeaux. The formula is simple: a salad with walnuts, followed by a tender, delicious rib-eye steak weighing around 170 grams, with homemade pommes allumettes and the famous sauce. If you still have a bit of appetite, have dessert. Inside, you'll find the black and tartan wall decor and the lemon yellow that brightens up the tablecloths, menus and waiters' outfits. But be patient, there's always a long queue well before opening time.

Une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de viande, cuite à la perfection et à souhait et que dire de la sauce dont on se delecte. Les frites sont à volonté, pas bien pour le regime mais néanmoins on ne peut que craquer.
Deux bémols à mon gout impossible de réserver donc il faut toujours faire un queue qui parfois peut etre découragante et un autre point concerne le service qui est tres rapide mais qui parfois peut pousser vers la porte...

bon resto, seuls bémol la file d'attente et viande pas très grande dommage le reste est super
