On the Place Saint-Michel, Chat Noir Cha Vert is both a tea room and an organic (and gourmet) restaurant. The regulars are not mistaken and as soon as the weather is fine, they occupy the large terrace. In an original setting, the chef offers 100% home-made food with "healthy" plates that can be adapted to all types of diets (carnivorous or vegan). The plates to be shared are often accompanied by a cold drink or mint tea. It's as simple as that! The atmosphere is relaxed, no fuss is made here.
