Organic restaurant and tea room in Bordeaux offering vegan dishes and a large terrace.
On the Place Saint-Michel, Chat Noir Cha Vert is both a tea room and an organic (and gourmet) restaurant. The regulars are not mistaken and as soon as the weather is fine, they occupy the large terrace. In an original setting, the chef offers 100% home-made food with "healthy" plates that can be adapted to all types of diets (carnivorous or vegan). The plates to be shared are often accompanied by a cold drink or mint tea. It's as simple as that! The atmosphere is relaxed, no fuss is made here.

L’endroit est super sympa cependant il faut noter qu’ils ne servent pas de la bière sans manger. Dommage pour celles.ceux qui voudraient seulement profiter d’un verre sur terrasse après les heures conçues pour dîner.

Jetter les couverts des clients sur la table, exécrable, dire bonjour c'est de trop, un service long... mais très long 1h15 d'attente pour un croque monsieur, mon fils de 5 ans fait le même en 6 min (mais il était quand même bon mais 1h15 quoi....)
Je prendrai des croques monsieur Herta en bord de Garonne la prochaine fois.
