7 because it's on the 7th floor, 7 for 7th heaven... The splendid panoramic view over the city and the Port de la lune changes as the day progresses. The Cité du Vin restaurant is a top-quality dining experience and a lively place open from 10am. In a contemporary glass and metal décor, you'll discover a gastronomic menu with, as a bonus, 500 wine references representing 50 countries and 32 wines by the glass. The chef, Margot Dutour, knows how to bring out the best in local produce.

Le personnel est sympathique, la vue très belle, les plats sont bons mais chers( une tomate burata à plus de 20€ en entrée et des plats certes bons mais à plus de 35€ ). Le pâtissier mérite une dédicace spéciale en revanche ils sont tous délicieux.

Très bon déjeuner et quelle vue sur Bordeaux. Nous avons pris le menu du jour qui était très bon et un café pour finir qui nous a été servi avec une belle plaque de chocolat façon mendian aux amandes et pistaches ! Merci

Nous avons été très touché par le geste de notre serveur très sympathique qui nous a offert une assiette de dessert avec une bougie car dans la conversation nous lui avons dit que nous fetions nos 53 ans de mariage merci à tout le personnel

Très bel endroit, personnel au petit soin, mais déception sur la cuisine sur un point particulier les sauces de viande, trop cuites, caramélisées voire brûlées qui gâchent tout. Dommage les autres plats étaient bons.
