Chantal and Jean Berthet-Bondet quit their jobs as agricultural engineers in 1984. Lovers of the Jura crus, it was in the illustrious city of yellow wine that they chose to create their domaine. With no family ties to winegrowing, they built up their estate plot by plot. the estate now covers 15 hectares, agrobiologically farmed since 2010, a third of which is Château-Chalon. Their daughter Hélène joined them in 2018. White wines, including the famous vin jaune, as well as other wines, either aged or not, make up a large part of the barrel. A warm welcome guaranteed.
