Here's a beautiful estate that has seen successive generations since 1859! Valentin took over from Annie and Jean-Claude. He began the conversion to organic and then biodynamic viticulture. With over 9 hectares, including 4 in the Château-Chalon appellation, there's no shortage of work to be done. The "Sous Roche" vineyard alone is evocative! All grape varieties are present, including a Chardonnay hillside in the Château-Chalon AOC. In the cellar, you'll find wines vinified with great care, reflecting the Jura terroir. You can stay at the gîte, le clos de l'amandier.
